My husband has a major problem with snoring. It never used to bother me before, but our daughter sleeps in the same room as we do. It’s not his snoring that wakes her, it’s when he stops. I don’t understand it. He’ll stop, then start again, and she’ll wake up a lil, wanting her bottle. Any suggestions? Btw, I don’t and will not consider putting her in another room. I’m hoping we’ll find something to help his snoring.

It depends on the cause of his snoring i guess.. If it’s just the angle he tilted his while sleeping or its because he sleeps with his mouth opened, which signifies breathing difficulties, try the "breatheright" sticker available in pharmacies.. Its like a very firm band-aid sticked on the nose which kinda stretches the nostrils to ease breathing. In my case, i have sinus so breatheright wont work. i fix it with a nasal spray before i go to bed given to me by the doctor.

The best one that I have seen:

Take 2 tennis balls and pin them on his shirt when he goes to sleep. This will keep him from rolling over on his back and when he tries he will not be able to.
